As cyclists we were frustrated at how the performance and usability of most bicycle multi-tools on the market had been sacrificed in order to maximise their functionality whilst restricting their size to a minimum. As a result, we needed one tool to take out with us on the road and something else more sophisticated for maintenance at home.

Altum is a derivative of the Latin word for maintain and perfectly encapsulates our companies aim, which is to produce innovative, aesthetically strong and cleverly conceived bicycle multi-tools.
