How do I place a CLICK + COLLECT order? Place and pay for your order online by 12pm today, select CLICK + COLLECT in the delivery option, select the store from those available and we'll deliver to your chosen store. See checkout for approximate delivery time of your CLICK + COLLECT order. A notification email will be sent to you once your order is ready. Why do all Gap stores not offer CLICK + COLLECT? Where do I go to collect my order? Please speak to any sales associate on the shop floor who will be happy to assist you with your collection and tell you where to go. How long is my order available for at my chosen store? Orders will be held at the store for fourteen (14) days from date of the notification email sent to you. Upon expiry of the 14 day period, your order will be returned to our UK distribution centre and you will be refunded. The credit may take up to 2 weeks to show in your account from the date on which your order is returned to our UK distribution centre.
